SYIL machine tools are designed, Our machinery and equipment are designed, manufactured, and tested in our factory in China. Components and accessories are manufactured in-house or sourced from around the globe from our partners in Germany, Japan, and Switzerland. These products go through quality assurance procedures developed and controlled by our in-house engineering team.
You can count on our machinery to meet the highest international quality standards for CNC devices. We ensure that each machine meets the necessary specifications recorded in our inspection report. Moreover, the castings are high quality with consistent wall and web thickness, and we use modern CNC surface grinders to offer optimal performance. Final fittings are completed by our craftsmen using hand scraping techniques. Ball screws are also hand-fitted and inspected, while electric motors are built to the highest standards at modern factories. All SYIL machines are painted with resin paint to resist oil and cutting fluids.
We provide immediate remote support in English via email and (video) phone. For most of our customers in Australia, this works smoothly and satisfactorily. If you need on-site support, we are happy to connect you with a third party in your area.
No, we do not expect you to purchase by simply asking the machine's price. The quoted price listed on our offer is valid for 30 days, and at any time, you can decide to proceed with the purchasing process.

Our machines are ready for shipment from Ningbo within an average of 8 weeks upon fulfillment of agreed payment terms. The total lead time can vary based on the client's location and delivery time. You can expect to receive your order in 4 to 6 weeks for any destination in Australia. You can ask for a more accurate lead time when requesting a quote.
